We currently have commercial systems in 26 states and are setting the bar nationwide for treatment possibilities. Hoot Extended Aeration
Hoot’s Extended Aeration technology can be either course or fine air, and has the ability to be monitored by Dissolved Oxygen Sensors and controlled by Variable Frequency Drives ( VFD’s). Typically designed for applications at or below secondary standards, with a typical limit of no less than 10/15 mg/L on BOD/TSS.
Hoot MTS (I.F.A.S.)
Hoot’s Media Treatment System is the perfect combination the efficiency of Extended Aeration with the resilience of Fixed Media. The system features fine air diffusion monitored by dissolved oxygen sensor(s) communicating with intelligent VFD’s that regulate the air needed for the treatment process in real time which reduces biological cannibalisms, excess equipment wear, and overall utility costs. This system can also be used for Total Nitrogen Reductions in excess of 50%, and reliably to below as 20mg/L without the use of additional chemicals (based on typical average influent balance and a Carbon to Nitrogen Ratio of at least 3 to 1) BOD/TSS Discharge standards of 5/5 mg/L can be met when appropriately designed and operated.
Hoot MTS + ANR
This system combines our MTS Technology with our Patented ANR (Advanced Nitrogen Reduction) process. This technology is reserved for applications where Total Nitrogen requirements or Nitrate are at or below 10 mg/L or the carbon to nitrogen balance of the influent is below 3 to 1.
Hoot Mobile SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor)
Hoot’s Mobile SBR is a solution for any emergency or short-term treatment application. This package is a 45,000 GPD complete unit (includes controls, pre-treatment, disinfection, mechanical equipment) mounted on two custom drop-deck trailers that sit side by side on a 30’ x 60’ concrete slab.

Can be utilized as onsite emergency sewer treatment. For sewer bypass operations, supporting natural disasters, etc.
Hoot Ultra Premium Non-Detect Effluent-Limit Level Package
Hoot’s Ultra Premium Package can achieve effluent levels where water re-use (non-detect, less than 2/2) can be obtained for non-potable use. This technology also is available as a stand alone addition to other treatment processes that are out of compliance because of changing discharge standards or flows greater than original design. This package deploys our ceramic membrane filter that is sub-nano filtration that can remove all viruses, pathogens, tannins, and turbidity.
